This is the first poundo product I will ever eat even when I have heard about Ayoola poundo yam flour, but until when I finally taste it, then I can now count myself qualified to write a review about it, but for now let me write about the one I have tasted.

Lambweston poundo potato is a product made from Irish potatoes and not sweet potatoes and as the name suggests, it had been grinded to fine particles making it looks like flour.

Lambweston poundo potato is meant to be prepared like when making your eba, just like the way Ayoola poundo yam is expected to remove the stress of having to pound your yam manually.

Lambweston poundo potato actually surprises me the first day I tasted it, it tasted like pounded yam, although not totally like it but the taste is very similar, for me to be very sure of the taste, I had to ask for it again another day. It was really good

Another thing is that the powder is very light, making also the prepared poundo potato also very light and easy to digest. I really give my thumbs up for this product, please try it and prove me wrong.

Sure, just walk into any supermarket  or even the woman selling foodstuff in the market, they will point you in the direction of this product. The only thing is that it is not as common  as semolina or semolina, but you wont sweat before you find it to buy.

This is a good recommendation  that this product will not be a waste of money, kudos to the  producers for that, but from what I can see here, it is a foreign product, please I am not against foreign products in nigeria but I will like to have this type of product replicated  in Nigeria  by Nigerians, we can do this I believe.
